Important Rules for All Vendors/Sellers
For Services –
All service descriptions have to mention the max delivery days.
The payment for the delivered service will be released when the customer provides feedback on the received service in the store review section or customer support chat.
For Physical Products –
All the selling of physical products requires providing a Tracking id and Courier Service Name after the placement of the order. In case any seller fails to do so, the order will be automatically canceled and the payment will be refunded to the customer.
The payment for the Product will be released when the customer provides feedback on the received Product in the store review section or on the customer support chat or on the tracking status of the package shown received.
For Digital Products –
For the first 25 orders, the payment will be processed after feedback from the customers in the store review section or on the customer support chat.
After 25 orders all the payments will be processed on the same day.
